in a turbulent flow
waves come crashing in
fighting against the wind

everything changes
nature re-arranges
waves roll in softly
like my moods roll off me

and I always know, no matter how high I get
no matter how dark my silhouette
the touch of your skin will bring me back down to earth
‘cause nothing out there could match your worth
and I always know, no matter how low I fall
I’ll never get lost down there at all
‘cause you would dig your way down little by little
you always meet me in the middle

swaying back and forth
you’re my magnetic north
so I find my way
even on rainy days

every skipped heartbeat
just sweeps me off my feet
and like de ja vu
I sink back into you [comments] => 4 [counter] => 121 [topic] => 2 [informant] => MoonlitAngel [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LovePoetry )
