[hometext] => Dedicated to Ted Cassidy (1932-1979) who died on January 16, 1979.
[bodytext] => He was a terrific actor and his name was Ted Cassidy.
He portrayed Lurch and Thing in The Addams Family.
He decided to be an actor which was a good choice.
He was six-feet-nine tall and he had a deep voice.
He was the narrator during the opening credits of The Incredible Hulk TV show.
He died in January of 1979 which was forty years ago.
He starred in a few episodes of Star Trek and once in Daniel Boone.
When we lost this man at the young age of 46, we lost him too soon.

how odd we could be, and soothingly so.
the tall above the average or median actor,
being the same inspirational sort no matter
your physical height or weight, or ability,
the same just the same inspirational, which
is always odd, only because it can be
remembered, because it should be.
It should be that there are many more
who just never appeared on TV, or on stage,
well, there is facebook, we/'/ve all appeared on facebook,
some of us without ever knowing so... like a Lurch
Peace! |

just kidding about facebook... it/'/s not the same darn thing.
they should be taken down and rightfully so, by anti-trust laws,
Imagine Ted Cassidy saying that with his dark hollow lovely vibrato.
here/'/s a link to an interview he did
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=svxzhehwT0w
He sounds a bit like Lee Marvin, and quite smart.
Peace! |
