Eyes closed but darkness lit up
in my mind, I see flames of fire
It doesn’t characterize evil
it’s just my burning desire
*
Often having moments
where I feel confused
It could be from an inner passion
the energy that needs to be used
*
So I kick back
music playing tunes giving clarity
Desire always building
oh how I want to regulate this fire inside of me
*
Red red red
what does it really mean
I wish you could see inside my mind
and all the visions to be seen
*
Happy to be alive
but wonder about my fate
What is my true purpose
to these burning flames, how does it relate
*
So I tilt my head back
and look deep into the sky
I just sit here contemplating
wanting to know all the reasons why
*
*
*

this poem is like an arrow
AA == as though a logical implication
there is something clear / that
also seems so confusing,
just where from here, since
no map could show.
there is no geographical place,
nor any divinity that speaks
in practical terminology--
so you go on a poetic quest
Don Quixote style.

Well done!
Peace!

Ah, the mystery of life.

Great poem.

Thanks,
