Feel the burning of the flesh as I decompress

Lost in thought, marveling at the humanity I/'/ve lost
Cold like a machine, I feel no empathy

Look into the eyes, taste the salty tears they cry
Sadistic, insert the blade and twist it

Puddle forms, bleeding out like a heart that/'/s torn
Like a carnivore I tear through the flesh, unable to catch my breath

Enraged, violently I shake at my cage
Aggression, blooding my fist on the wall for attention

Ignored, mental confinement I/'/m a prisoner of war
Explode with incredible force, burst into flames like a Paul Walker Porsche

Shivers down my spine proceeded by this negative energy fueling my mind
Adrenaline rush, blood pumping through my veins like a semi truck

Lost control, no composure, this pain hitting like a bulldozer,
On a collision course with death, at peace with my self and the comfort of the Reaper/'/s caress.

Heart & Soul

this is brilliant
each forlorn existence
kicking itself in the head
crazy by what it could
of had, and crazy with
what its got
You got to go low
to get high
Just to find what you truly need
All the time

Peace is hard to come by
it seems a lot of people
do know

This is a great poem. I have to read it a few times.
It/'/s freaking well said.

Peace!
