Sow some hope to help your spirit grow

My dreams are knocking at the door
What`s in store for me to endure
I turn a blind eye to the darkness outside
The negativity shall lurk and hide
For that, I can not deny
Evil tries to conquer and divide
So goes the high tide
Shine a light to make everything right
Darkness can not see in the night`s light
Cast them away and brighten your day
Dreams come and go, wouldn`t you know

There is a lot of evil in the world. It seeps like a poison into every aspect of our daily lives.
Everyone and everything tries to test us and yes, if we are strong minded we can overcome it.

being strong and surviving is a must

"No one can make you feel inferior without your consent". Eleanor Roosevelt.

While not in the bullseye, this poem gave rise to my memory of that quote. We could substitute /'/inferior/'/ for any other word and the message would apply.

We need to be our own bastions of hope and light these days as it appears this world is mired in selfishness and all of its accompanying ugliness.

Maybe there is no evil and it`s only perspective, opinion. Naaa, forget about it. I didn`t mean that. Or did I?
