Not saying that the ocean isnt a living thing because
we all know that it is. But this made me think of the
ocean as being a singular being waking from a deep
sleep. Just like when someone wakes in the early
morning before the sun pops up over the horizon
their eyes are dark before the first rays of light hit
them. But once the light touches them their
brilliance shows.
Quaint and beautifully written.
