[bodytext] => I fell in love with a man/'/s wife.
She convinced me to end his life.
She said we couldn/'/t be together unless he was dead.
I bought a gun and agreed to shoot him in the head.
But when I arrived at his house, I started to have second thoughts.
I promised that I would pull the trigger and end his life but I could not.
She took the gun away from me and shot her husband twice in the chest.
When the cops arrived, she said I killed him and I was placed under arrest.
As I sit in my cell, there is something I think about and I think about it a lot.
When I get out of prison, I will kill her and this time I won/'/t have second thoughts.

But these people often get what/'/s coming to them sooner or later. Great write. |

I agree with James.
and in the society that we find ourselves in (and Im
not being stereotypical) more often than not
the authorities and the judicial system will take
a woman/'/s word over a man/'/s.
I used to think like your poem suggests but
I have come to realize that those kind of actions
will only land me in more trouble. So the way that I
look at it now is to give the person that has either
wronged me or falsely accused me enough rope
that way they will figuratively speaking hang
themselves.
Nicely written piece. I really enjoyed it.
