Its time to go
This I know
Its time for God to take my hand
And lead me away from this land
Its time to say good-bye and hug all those who were my friends
Too bad they couldnt have helped me reach farther ends

Its time to give up; yes its time to give up
This isnt just a bump in my life; no this isnt just a bump
Its time to stop fighting
Time to stop trying

| this was a good poem, but i was searching for more to make this stand out from other poems. every poem is a life in its own right. every life is different in some way, and this just seems like the typical life that i read everyday. that is why i stress endings. an ending can make a piece such a unique life that i have to read the entire poem just to get to know it again.... |
