Not that you deserve it
But youll get it somehow
Its not that you earned it
You just take credit for it now
It was not your genius
That spawned this gift
Not your blueprint sketches
That reattached this rift
People say hello again
They shake your hand
You have been delivered
To the Promised Land
The false pretense you lend
Is bound to haunt you to no ends
Forget this place with scorn
I advise you remain alone
I forbid you to ever return
For if you do-
And the sun shines blue
Then know day and night
I'll be praying for you
If you choose to stay
Then be cautiously aware
Keep out of my miserable way
Unless you imply to defy, the final dare
I implore you now, come clean
I beg of you, please!
Only you can redeem
The spirit no longer at ease
I beg you, let me up off my knees!
