Some one to care for
Some one to says to,
Papa, I love you
You give me strong advice
Your sturn
yet loving too
You always know whats best
You put me first,
and always make sure that I am safe
I know I can come to you,
when I feel lost and the world seems helpless
I know a tender hug awaits me
if ever I need it.
Through the worst of times,
you have been there.
Always ready to protect me
I know
that even when my world falls apart
Everything will be ok.
My Papa's there
And thats all I need

This is lovely. :)
You're blessed to have such a great dad that cares for you so much, and if this is anything to go by, I'm sure he's blessed to have you too.

Great write,

This was such a joy to read... truly, I found myself smiling just at the thought of the two of you together. This:

I know I can come to you,
when I feel lost and the world seems helpless

... is, I think, the definition of trust.. and love... and faith in one another. We all feel this way at times--- and it is only in the arms of those we hold most dear that we can somehow still feel safe just then. As Philly (lostinmyself) said... you are both very blessed to have each other.

Keep writing! And... Welcome to YPDC!

Finding this very touching,
~SNM~

If only every child could be blessesd as you have been, cheri... This is truly a touching tribute to one so important and dear in your life. I have no doubt that he enjoyed this very much, my friend. Beautiful, simple, yet heart-warming and sentimental. The love radiates off the screen, I can feel it. Welcome to YPDC! I hope you are happy and comfortable here... It's become sort of my 'sanctuary', if you will, lol. I'm sure you'll make many friends, me amongst them! PM me whenever you want to talk! Gorgeous work of art you have here. Off to read more. All my love. Forever,

Your newest friend and fan,

Stephy! *hugs and love*
