[hometext] => A poem I wrote when I was really upset when i broke up with my girlfriend and i was thinking of how badly love hurts and what it does to people...comments are good and such
[bodytext] => It gets harder to wake when I find sleep, I just cannot resist watching all of the sheep, They leap the fence then are torn into bits, My nightmares feast on their innocence, though I never see their bones snap and break, I know what it's like when I am awake, Now i know why the heart is our strongest part, It's got to survive getting ripped all apart, It's the only place that bleeds from emotion, When you lose whom you love but still hold the devotion, It seems the only point to awaken anymore, Is to try and get tired so i can sleep some more, I cannot remember the last time i ate, It feels more like i'm the food and the bait, I never feel hungry nor need any food, My dreams keep me fed with a world more subdued, I wrestle my thoughts but i'm pinned to the floor, I fight waves of emotions but i crash onto shore, As painful as each day and as hard as i fall, My heart will find love by the end of us all.
