as they watch over you
they're way of telling us
that we can start anew

love can be found
just open your eyes
and beauty is present
in the loudest cries

pain is just passion
thats wearing a mask
life is confusing
with questions to ask

dreams get knocked down
while hope is forgotten
along many roads
hearts will be broken

chemicals are numbing
they never can cure
sometimes a hug
will turn a heart pure

From my perspective, I see what you are saying. At a point, it was a bit confusing, but I recaptured what you were getting at. Good write. Thanks for sharing.

The hardest thing i had to do today was to
keep my self from commenting on this litte masterpeice untill i read the whole poem, i
mean i read the first verse and almost broke down crying and simply wanted to comment
on it. what directness not to mention feeling
your words conveyed in this poemwhen i go to your page i'm like a little kid in toy store
looking up and down the list and trying to choose which poem i'll read next. As for the title, amazing how the word LIFE . . . can be
so compelling and irrizistable to wanna read about an exlcellent writter by a true artist who's worth every bit of the praise that she get's . . .
