I can't believe you did it~I didn't think you could
Must have thought I had a heart of steel~But my world crashed
down right where I stood.
You thought you would prove a point~You make it all pretend
When nothing was worth all the heartache~Now this broken
lover will be hard to mend.
That's not what I needed to fix the sorrow It wont make me trust you more
That didn't turn around tomorrow
All the words that were spoken~Put our love on the line
Now my heart is broken~What trust was there, now isn't mine
Made all my pride and self-assurance a big joke
What hurt most of all, turned into a button to poke
So now you can say you turned true dis-trust to reality
My heart bleeds tears for this unseen fatality
Your probably thinking I just don't care
She really had it coming~She deserves it there
To think you would take such a chance~It's like your trying
to kill the romance.
To live and live or to live and let die
To tell the truth or turn some good lies
The choice is yours for the final decision
Do you make or heal such a deep incision?
So here I go for a shot for this to work again
All I can see is that you showed me I can't win
Maybe we'll cut this into 50/50
This song we sing has no tune, nor even a ditty
Can we make it right, or do you even want to try
Can you put this knot together~Or leave it untied
So the moon might fall~Or the sun wont shine
But one things for sure~My love remains for a test of time.

This is very sad but written well.
Very powerfull and full with pain.
