I'm doing everything I can just to hold you again
Ever since you said we wouldn't work
And if I looked deep down I would see it's true
Well I won't allow myself to look deep down
I don't want to see that we can't be together
I just want to be there with you
To hold you, to cry with you
To hear you laugh
These are my goals and my dreams
Just to meet you one time
To hold you and always remember
The day we held each other close
To kiss you under the stars
Walking close telling each other our deepest thoughts
I'll never forget the way you looked that night
The way you smelt
You just made me melt and drop to my knees
I love you more then anything
Please take me back
I want things to be the way they use to be
