[hometext] => Technically, this is a love/emotional poem, but I consider it to be more emtional because it deals more with my internal struggles and how they were somewhat overcome.
[bodytext] => A mask covered your face,
Your vacant eyes saw nothing, Your lips could not form words. You wore your facade as a badge, Yet it really was your coffin- A box you lived in to lock people out. Only a rank, decaying, carcass was left. You smiled like your life was perfect, Yet your eyes, your beautiful eyes, Windows to your soul, Were boarded up, sealed, Never to let the light of life enter again. An unpenetrable bulwark enveloped your heart. You...were...utterly...alone. I know, for that person was I... Until you came along. With your smile, you broke down the walls, You set me free. With your words you opened my eyes. Your precious eyes pierced through mine. You saw the deceptions in my smile, You gently, softly caressed my heart, You coaxed the mask off of my face. You resurrected me from death. You are my savior.
