Candice this is lovely if very sad,
I'm sorry for you that you feel so sorry for what happened between you and whomever it's for.
But things always tend to happen for a reason in this life!
I gave up making newyears resolutions because they were always sat up to get broke! But maybe you're a stronger willed character than I? If so, then probably a good idea!

Dean, I don't feel sorry for ended that relationship, because I felt that it was going nowhere. I am deeply sorry because I know I broke his heart, and he's a very sweet man, but I just didn't feel the same way he did. I also know that if i didn't end that relationship we would both end up hurt even worse than we did.
I haven't made a new year's resolution in a long time because I didn't feel there was a need to but perhaps there is now?

Ahhh, so then yes I totally agree, you did the right thing there Candice, it is a shame when hearts are broken, but they do heal eventually.
And a pretty good reason to make one this year, and from what I read of you, you should be better at keeping them than I, so why not! Although I never tried making with anything to do with love, maybe I should also try?

Dean, I know I did the right thing but I really hate hurting someone.because I know what it is like to be hurt. I am going to make this one this year, for two reasons. 1. I don't want to take the chance of getting hurt at this time of the year, and 2. I need more time. Perhaps you should try, this will be my first one that has to do with love. maybe that is what it takes to make it happen?
