Array ( [sid] => 79029 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Bulemika [time] => 2005-01-08 16:15:45 [hometext] => One of my favorites. I just blew up one day at the fact my parents never talked to me unless it was through screaming at something that i did that made the neighbors look up from there morning papers. [bodytext] => Every cut has been a negative thought of rejection
Do i blame the blame on you, or hover in this coiled toilet?
I always kept my mouth shut when pointed with the finger
Held my breath when my neck was caught in the ringer
Every tremor is a mirror of the things you said
But just go on and tell all your friends that im dead

you never thought your daughter all in bloom
would go and hit the big 420 in your very own room
Still stood the night when she went strip club hopping
And you in your home, just stay in your home.
Was i the doll still dressed all in pink?
You never managed to ask why there was blood in the sink
Chaos was the morning after, when i came home late
And daddy never gave a ***** cos i dont even care myself.
Oooh...came the temper when i embedded some ink
Then lied and denied every second with blinks
There sat your daughter alone in her stand
But you only damanged the disrespect, you only pushed away.

Cut out every second of this
I cut out my family in slits on my wrists
Brain damaged, ***** up, and just one more sip-
I left the parking lot in rages of fist.
This is what i've learned from you-
Violence and denial is better then the truth
So i smoked and i drank, and i ***** up myself
Church of Scapegoats are too sure im burdened to hell

Binge and perge, but you never developed
Taste on your buds to wonder what help was
Chewed up, swallowed, then forced out my life
Kept myself sick because you made me think it was right.
This is what i've learned from you?
Voilence and denial cant be better then the truth
Dont give me no ***** on how you did your best
You can shove curse words at me and encourage the mess

You managed to point out all the downfalls
My party habits, dirty thoughts, tattoo on my hip
Oh sure, mommy dearest, your a great detective
But what about all those times i slit my wrist?

Where was your spy kit then? [comments] => 3 [counter] => 246 [topic] => 6 [informant] => LevyMetal [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => AngryPoetry )

all of this you might have learned, but you dont have to practice what you learn. and most parents these days you dont want to learn from anyway. ive had to learn everything myself.

exactly. I think i've learned a lot from them on my own by learning from there bad examples. The way my parents neglected and treated me made me such a stronger, independent person in the long run. Im please to say i've done many things wrong, just as my parents have, but im all the wiser for it.
