The emptiness i now feel, the day you walked away
Only loneliness has been bound to my broken heart
I try to live my life, but it will never be the same
I remember how you used to hold me every single night
That only brings tears to fill my sore aching eyes
In time I'll understand why you turned and walked away
There was nothing I could say or do that would make you want to stay
While I'm here on my own, your in someone eles arms
Now I'm trying to mend my heart that you managed to break apart
Destiny is this where mine lays?
I surrended to you, but all you gave me was pain
Destiny is this what i have to face?
Where did i go wrong?
I guess I'm a fool to think you loved me too
As the days go by I feel I'm trapped
I try and let go, but my thoughts are those of you
I'd never loved anyone the way I loved you
In my memory you'll always stay, along with it will remain the pain
Whichever way i go or whatever i shall do
I know i'll never get over the love i have for you
The heartache is there, that's how it will remain
Until I'm strong enough to live my life again.....
