There are some words I’ll never say
There are some names I can’t let past my lips
There are some secrets I’ll never reveal

Isn’t that the irony?
Oh, how it glimmers in my hand
Catching everyone’s eye
They are drawn to the possibility

Don’t say that word, don’t whisper that name
It kills me
My heart bawls up and condenses
Sinking to the pit of my stomach

That is the extent of my pain
So impossible
Everyone is flocking to the scene of the crime
Trying to find themselves in the wreckage

That’s what draws them to it, you know
They can see their reflections in my pools of blood
Oh, great race! Humans, one and many
Your narcissism never fails to make me laugh

There are some things I can’t tell even them
So don’t give me that look when I say I don’t want to talk about it
With your brows drawn together
I love you more than I can say, so I just can’t tell you about it
