Walking on the beach at night like we use to

Every time we wanted to go star gazing

We would walk bear foot on the sand

I remember how you use to love kicking sand at me

Just one more of our little games

I went to our old spot too I wanted to see if it was still there

The breeze felt really good as it passed right through me

So cold leaving shivers on my skin

Our old romantic getaway was still there I reminisced and sat alone

Thinking about the good times we had

Running and playing on the sand then after we tired

Of laying in the sand looking into each others eyes

Finding yet another way to escape it all

We would take the blankets out of your bag and sit in the gazebo

We had our binoculars on and we were

Looking up at the sky from under the gazebo

I did not need mine coz I had the most beautiful site right next to me

I still remember all the cold nights we would spend

Wrapped in a blanket keeping each other warm

Looking at the turtle hatch and move to the ocean just as the sun rose

We would kiss for hours at a time just the two of us

No really caring and forgetting about the world

Those were really great times
