This is when my problems mither & nag,
They just won’t leave me alone,
In my heart is where they have called home.

The blows come thick & they come fast,
By punishing me life is really having a blast,
I try to block as life swings a punch,
But it hits me on the jaw with such a crunch.

I stagger back & fall into my corner,
Feeling a bit like little Jack Horner,
I wobble about on my feet,
Only for me & another blow to meet.

My nose is bust my face is a mess,
Increased ten fold have my levels of stress,
Life just laughs as the blows rain down,
Knocking me clean over & onto the ground.

I curl tightly up into a ball
This fight has been an easy one to call,
I am not much of an opponent for life’s strength,
As to destroy me it will go to any length. [comments] => 5 [counter] => 242 [topic] => 63 [informant] => pixie [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => hbadday )

Hun, that was really good. I have felt that way many of times, and unfortunetely I have held it in, until I could no longer hold it in anymore. Don't do that. It stinks! Anywho, great job on the poem and never stop writing!

Many of us feel this way your words spoken true and from the heart. But don't give up on life for it really dose have a beautiful song. And you will win this battle and beat down all the things which may have brought you down. Great write.
