You are not alone in your pain...even if that is the way it seems...hang in there [bodytext] => My mind overwhelms with fear
As I awake from a restful night.
I feel my body start to sweat
And I fumble with the light.

My fragile frame trembles.
My heart begins to race.
I resist the urge to scream
As tears stream down my face.

In a deep and peaceful sleep
Is where I wish to be,
And death is serene slumber
For all eternity.

Backing myself against the wall
I long for the will to die.
Hugging my knees against my chest
I close my eyes and cry.

Why did it take so many years
For me to finally see.
The only nightmare that I fear
Is waking reality.

I agree Oreo, facing reality is not easy for people especially when the whole world seems to be against them.

Thank you for your compliment, Oreo, it brought me a smile. :)
