You took away this worldy divide
You helped make me what I am today
Jesus, I was searching in my own desert
You must have been so patient with me
I allowed myself to be misled
I finally realized how lost I was
Jesus, Your compassion is not just in Your Spirit
It is also in Your body
They embrace Your Love
They embrace sinners in need
Jesus, I wanna love like You
(In the Spirit Divine)
Jesus, I wanna have faith like You
(In the Heavenly Father)
Jesus, I know I'm empowered with the Holy Spirit
(In the Spirit Divine)
Jesus, You bring joy to the struggling people
(By Your joyous laughter)
Jesus, You offer wisdom in Your Word's teaching
(The Wisdom of the Sacred Son)
Do you know that I love You with all of my heart?
You will know it by my faith in You
I can say that it is we that love You
Because I am blessed with the love of my fellow Christians
And we are opening our hearts to the lost in this world
We have the hope that they, too, will seek Your Love and salvation
Jesus, I know you know my heart
My hope is to be with You one day
And to truly walk side-by-side with You and
For all to know their personal relationship with You
Continued in the Heavenly Kingdom
I wanna glorify God and You, Jesus
I wanna show You my love for You
Continued in the Heavenly Kingdom
Jesus, I wanna be a lowly servant to You
I value only a spiritual life with You
I am weak in the flesh
But I can use the strength of the Holy Spirit within me
To spread the Love of Your Heavenly Kingdom
Jesus, You were persecuted by the Jews
And You were watching over me
Even when I had a hard time
Learning to tie my shoes
You were the Living Sacrifice
You taught us the Greatest Commandments:
Loving God with
All our soul, heart, and mind
And loving our neighbors as ourselves
I think, Jesus, that we need to love
Not just because we have to
But because we are compelled to do so
And You compelled everyone with the message of Love
