I went to the dentist
To get fillings in my teeth
Two shots I was given at first to numb my mouth
But he started drilling
I jumped out of my chair
The pain hurt so bad
And yes I was scared
So another shot I was given
Wow that makes three
Away he started drilling and I said owwie
He stopped again and said another one it is
Another shot makes four
So there he goes at it again
I felt like crying when he drilled again
Because it hurt so much
One more shot is what I will give
So he put in the needle
Yes that makes five
Started drilling once again
And it hurt so much
That I said no more
So a filling I was not given
And my tooth is in pain
School I did miss
And I'm stuck with a numb mouth and a temporary filling
I am afraid of the dentist and I no longer like needles
The novacaine numbed only my mouth
But none of the pain
This was a horrible
Horrible day
