Though I know if I asked you, you try to deny.

You probably just go without reason or rhyme,
To just live your life in your given time.

People really adore and love you too,
You accept the fact but shun what they do.

Out of everyone that loves you because of what they see,
You’d choose one person, which happened to be me.

At that time I saw a little white bird,
As if my prayers had been answered and I had finally been heard.

I also loved you as I watched you alone,
Then you chose me for a reason unknown.

Soon I was liked, because I was yours.
And said to be lucky for walking your floors.

People would tell us we were meant to be,
And after hearing this I finally felt free.

We’d walk through the crowds, with locked arms and a smile.
And I knew that our love would last for a while.

But when we were alone, back in our home.

You’d no longer give me that loving grin,
Instead you treat me like I were a sin.

Now, when I touched you, you’d jump away confused.
As if my touch had made you bruised.

And now I’m sorry that I did not see,
That I’m only here for you to use me.

Now I see.

We’re really not in love.
And I think since then I’ve lost site of my dove.

I liked this one, San, especially the imagery and comparison you used with the little while bird.
