I look inside myself but ultimately denial
caves in whatever I was thinking
and waterfalls are only the beginning
of the end of you
It's not careless or hurtful
on purpose
but provoking thought
in lonesome
makes something real to relax on
seem more right
These are only words, the denial
The Truth is:
I am in love with you
looking inside of me but ultimately
real life caves in whatever I was thinking
could happen and waterfalls
are only the beginning of love
whenever you are near
It's not careful but true
to ways that I feel for you
but provoking thought
in company with you
makes something else to relax on
seem empty
The denial
I can live without your face
touching into my space
and I am okay
when you aren't here
I can walk past forever
without shedding a tear
And I can move on
and live with myself
while you love and express
to someone else
The Truth is:
I can't breathe without your face
entering my space
and I am only okay
when you're closer than near
I would wait forever
despite the tears
And I don't want to move on
and live by myself
I want your love and expressions
all to myself
The denial
It's not that serious
The Truth is:
I'm endless (for you)
