This world does sometimes pass me by,
For I am lost within my mind's eye,
It's been a long way coming from the start,
For now I am lost within my heart,
And the memories of you,
I love everything about you,
When you stand before me,
All the world washes away,
You are all that matters to me,
I carry you with me everyday,
It's been a long way coming from the start,
For now I am lost within my heart,
My heart climbs when I see your face,
It sends me to another place,
If only you would allow me to show how much I care,
For I long to touch your face as I off into the distance stare,
In my day-dreams I live,
For only then I can give,
You all of me,
Completely,
If only you would let me give you just one kiss,
For it is you I sorely miss,
But I shall walk through this life alone,
Until my heart finds its home,
For it cannot be with you,
No matter what I do,
I am in love alone; left only to watch you lovingly,
And to wish for your kiss longingly,
All I am left with is my dreams; It's been a long way coming from the start,
I am lost within my heart.
