The wind in my face.
The mist forms images of you.

Endless days at Sea bring me closer to rest.
Burning sun at my back.
The heaving sails like your breasts.

Tack and Jibe the wind is true.
Moone in my eyes, full.
One more league till I reach Blu.

The watchman's call from the crows nest falls.
Home is in sight.
From the docks I can already hear your call.

Orders given, sails furl, eager feet pound the deck.
Dawns light heightens my joy.
Running up the gangway, shouting my name, sweat
glistens on your neck.

Down, down I climb, faster from the rat run.
My hands find their mark.
I fall into your arms, our longing done.

For you my True Blu.

Izzy,
Oh! My! Goodness! You took my breath away.
I'm struck speechless. What eloquence. This is truely a work of art. I must say it's quiet lovely. Thank you.
Love
Blu

Beautiful poem indeed, I loved it, the words are so emotional and sensational too, it's well written and the flow is not forced, it's a very good love poem, keep it up.

Your maritime themes
are employed very
beautifully.

It's a good poem.
