Array ( [sid] => 66443 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => What Was That Thing? [time] => 2004-10-07 08:38:03 [hometext] => I wrote this as a poem -how my hubby told me it happened...as this did happen to him 7 years ago... [bodytext] => asleep in the beach shack
in a room on my own
I feel a presence
I am not alone
through a window
it apears
I try to get up
but I can't I'm in tears
my mind and my body
is under a force
trying to rise
It's like a curse
I mumble help, help
no one hears
as I fight
this thing goes inside
my mouth that night
I gag and I shake
it goes down my throat
my stomach rises
suddenly I float
I am now asleep
it feels like forever
when I finally rise
I know this happened but my friends day never!

The owners of the shack also had experiences simular to the above but still...it leaves you wondering...what was that thing?

Good write, easy flow of words and understandable.. thanks for reading my poetry. You read my poem My bedroom is haunted I wonder if I gone through what you husband had.. of course nothing went into my body but I say it grabs me and makes my body tingle all over and it frightens me. sandy

There is kind of a state where this sort of thing happens. I had it happen once where I woke and couldn't speak or move temporarily. It's wierd. Anyway, there were a couple mispelled words, but overall interesting. Cheers!
