[hometext] => What is it about the morning light that gives me a fright?
[bodytext] => What is it about the cold morning light That always gives me a fright The crisp pale morning mist I have to ball up my fist Around the blanket over my shoulders and I shove away school folders So I have a place to set my glass Or else it will spill and turn everything into a wet mass I hold on dearly to a little kitten And think it would look awful cute tucked in to a mitten I've been awake for hours now And I have a mooing brown cow. I'm going out to dinner tonight That just might end in a fight. But maybe he just wont go And mum will be sad but I'll just say, "So?" I think I'll have a tongue taco Or maybe make something up and eat a nacho. What is it about the cold morning light That always gives me a fright Because when it gets lighter I'll just have to hold tighter. I'll have to hold myself tighter To keep them from seeing me as a true fighter.
