This Life

I sit down and take a deep look inside
Pondering over the things for so long I hide
There are so many things that I really hate
Hurtfully I cry and I sit and I wait
Waiting for the day when this pain will end
Waiting for the day of this downward trend
I take another look deep into my soul
And all I see there is a deep dark hole
I feel my tears flowing once again
Waiting for the day when this pain will end
This is for real, its not a bluff
I put my trust in this bottle of stuff
I feel it happening, a darkness coming over me
Could it really be? Am I finally free?
I feel myself leaving, leaving this place
My living in This Life was just a waste
Everything I did was terribly unreal
I should have listened that God is real
I should have heard the love and seen the signs
I should have followed God’s great design
But in my life there was no room
Now my destiny, is nothing but doom
The life I lived was nothing but Hell!
If only I knew God, I might not have fell!!!!!
