Full of strife and pain….
So many problems to solve,
So much anguish to keep inside…
And without the aid of a friend,
You deal with it all…
Everyday, the thought of Death crossing your restless mind…
Misery drowning you in Her sadistic sea…
Nothing left inside,
Except the never-ending echo of emptiness…
A ghost to the living, you think…
All alone in the world, you say…
But I see something more in you…
You speak to me of your problems,
And I listen intently, waiting patiently till the end to comment…
I’ve been through the same things before,
And so have many, many other people; you are not alone…
Pain feeds off the good, the ones that don’t deserve it…
Unfortunately, the great journey of life isn’t a smooth nor prolific one…
But you shall always have me, mon petit…
I will be your shoulder to cry on…
I will be the person to listen…
I will be the friend that loves you…
You are my Mon Petit; I am your Mon Ami…
That is how it shall stay…
A never-ending friendship,
We shall exist and experience and love…
Be it bad or be it good.
You will always have me to turn to,
When nobody else is there or you think no one cares…
I care…
Your life is precious to me,
And if you were to leave this world,
I would follow…
I’ll follow you to the ends of the earth and back,
Be if needed…
Such is what friends do…
They help each other when mandatory…
They embrace and cry when the other is in pain…
Life isn’t gentle with anyone,
So there must be a person to guide you when you go astray…
And that person is me,
Your eternal Mon Ami…
My love for you is unconditional,
Although you’re not much for the ‘love and affection’ thing,
I still care for you…
I accept you for who you are…
I accept your decisions…
Sometimes they are good, sometimes they are bad…
But I will always be your light, your guide if you get lost on the way…
I am your Mon Ami,
You are my Mon Petit…
Forever friends and companions…
Je t’ami.

Very, very good. This is just a wonderful read, though long, it never gets boring or starts wandering off to something irrelevant. I'd like to know what language the title is...I was thinking Latin, which I have started to pick up very recently...but, I am also thinking French and leaning towards that a lot more, but here I go rambling irrelevantly. Well, I loved it, great job!

A true Testament of friendship. How my heart rejoices to be included within the circle of those that you call freind.
