cause all I want is water
just to wash away everything and let me forget
my remedy for all of it
like when were young were happy
but then we forget
and nothings okay again
taken in by sin
so die young and stay pure
cause trying to be a sixteen aged two year old hurts
and it doesnt work
just leaves you silly and tired
alone and lonely
still standing next to you
so maybe I should walk away
then everything will be back to normal
and I wont be afraid
and I can quit hurting you
cause I can quit hurting me
but Ill still bleed
you wont understand
and so youll make yourself better by making me unwelcome
but Ill know and Ill forgive you
youll never know you did anything to forgive
and maybe one day Ill tell you
and youll just yell at me
but its okay
because that means that your eyes are still closed
and you havent noticed
how very sick i've come to be
