Only to see the blackest light
My mind is a never ending fog
Accentuated by the night

These people, these voices
They give me many orders
They whisper and they scream
They cris cross borders

I scream back and try not to listen
I hear them and quickly turn arround
But they are never there
They are never to be found

I try to make them go away
I speak of them to others
But they just stare and wonder
So I must keep this secret covered

So I sit in my home, all alone
The voices keep screaming till I hear
Their ever so maddening shrieks
Untill reality is no longer clear

Are we all like this
Can this really be
Or am I forgeting
If Im really me

So I seem to forget
When no one is here
That I still talk to people
Who's silhouets are ever so clear

My mind keeps degrating
People try to bring me aid
But people don't seem to realize
All I get from them is pain

The voices give me clues
The voices show me a solution
They help me rid my life
Of every type of pollution

I walk to the closet
Where I have kept my gun
No need for someone to hide
No need for someone to run

I dont need to take this
I've had enough
These voices made me insane
These voices are too much

Im loading my revolver
One bullet at a time
Five for the voices
But the first one is mine

I open my mouth and close my eyes
I am ready for this heavenly surprise

The barrel oh so cold
My mind has lost realitys hold

I hope the voices are sent to hell
Those voices that made me unwell

I worry not though
To heaven I shall go

I squeeze oh so tight
These voices I shall smite
Suddenly its all goes white
Finnally, I shall be allright

I can definitely relate to the voices part. You just have to be stronger than them. This was a very well written poem. I liked it a lot.

That poem, to me, is scary as it shows the reality of suicide and the false belief that they will go to Heaven afterwards. The vivid detail is really good.
