I wish you knew what it was like
To walk in my shoes everyday
While everyone looks at you with discust
How it feels to give up in life
And cry every moment your alone
I wish you knew what it was like
To have everyone lie to you
And never look you in the face
How it feels when you say those words to me
Without even considering my feelings
I wish you knew what it was like
Being surrounded by people
But feeling alone
How it hurts when you walked away
And didnt bother to come back
I wish that maybe one day
That for once you care
About me and my life
And not just yours
I wish You knew what it was like
To walk in my shoes everyday

i know this feeling!
when you are so isolated from every thing and every one else, but all the while you're surrounded by others... and all those others do are hurt you.
then they leave you to rot, listening to your thoughts and the echoes they've left inside you. they leave you to be eaten away at by your brain, and then when you snap they can't see why... thats what has happened to me before. it might well have been different for you, but thats some thing that has happened to me...
hey by the way! your poem was great!
i loved reading it.

I can relate to the emotion being dispersed here... feeling alone when there are others around... It's like walk a mile in my shoes and u'll know how I feel... yeah... been there done that... maybe not to the same extent as u... but have a good understanding of what ur saying here...
