shiver and shake,
my eyes rolling around
in my head.
Too much pain,
not enough blood.
In unendurable anxiety
I don't fit inside my skin.
My mind screams,
as I stumble and fall.
I tremor on the ground,
like a helpless child.
The depression has consumed as I
reach for the knife sitting
on the counter.
I scutter into a corner
and stab the blade
into my wrist,
and start to drag.
Again and again,
the blade licks my
waterways of life.
The blood spills,
quickly dripping to the floor.
I rest my head against the wall.
I look up to the ceiling
with tear filled eyes.
I pray to God
to save my soul,
and that I'll
see him soon.
My head goes limp
as I sit in a pool of
burgundy depression. [comments] => 6 [counter] => 159 [topic] => 36 [informant] => WorthlesSanity666 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 3 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Suicide )
Unbearable Suicide

Topic: Suicide

Out of limits I
shiver and shake,
my eyes rolling around
in my head.
Too much pain,
not enough blood.
In unendurable anxiety
I don't fit inside my skin.
My mind screams,
as I stumble and fall.
I tremor on the ground,
like a helpless child.
The depression has consumed as I
reach for the knife sitting
on the counter.
I scutter into a corner
and stab the blade
into my wrist,
and start to drag.
Again and again,
the blade licks my
waterways of life.
The blood spills,
quickly dripping to the floor.
I rest my head against the wall.
I look up to the ceiling
with tear filled eyes.
I pray to God
to save my soul,
and that I'll
see him soon.
My head goes limp
as I sit in a pool of
burgundy depression.
