The thought of you not being there
Not quite telling you all
Keeping it in so I could continue to fall
For when i needed a friend
The rules that you would bend
Your the one I blame, you saved my life
You helped me put down the knife
Things I missed
People I should have hugged and kissed
Things are not quite as they seem
I made them obsence
You saved my life leaving me with just a few places I had scartched
Thanks for everything and mostly being someone to whom I was attached [comments] => 3 [counter] => 151 [topic] => 32 [informant] => shrunkin_fool34142316 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 9 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SadPoetry )

hey shrunky,
well this is sad,but a good write.I know exactly how you feel,losing someone who you were so attached to,and it hurts to know they won't be there to go forward with you,through the years.I wrote a poem similar to this one.the only thing is that i could realate to it because it's the other way around,i saved my friend's life,and the other part i could realte to too is that he left,so i feel your pain.well,take care and keep your head up high.Remember:"After the storm,there's always a rainbow"
love always,
andrea
