a confused
and devasted soul
stands alone
in the swirling blue haze
of the harsh,
cruel world

this shattered being,
frozen in place
like a glass statue,
seems so perfect
and beautiful
when on the inside
shes lost inthe darkness
and cant find the light
that will guide her empty soul
back to a world of intangible beauty

once a great white dove
her delicate wings
can no longer
carry her with grace

her porcalin colored face,
wet with tears
from all the pain
and heartbreak
she's kept locked up
and hidden from everyone
for so long

not sure
she can carry this burden
any longer
she wants to give up
and fall into a world
where she can become invisable
and be happy again

then
through the darkness
she hears a heavenly voice,
and sees a shining spirit
with an outstretched hand,
offering to help the girl
soar once again

beautifully written to count the times i've felt that way would not even be possible but allways a hand stretches tward me and saves me from my pain i wish i could say the same for everyone i guess we're lucky to have people to save us with an outstretched hand.
allways sincere
