Thirsty minds bent on feeding
Slowly waken at sun’s setting
On our prey who are fretting.

Here we come, almost flying
People running, screaming, crying.
No, don’t run, it won’t save you
We are here to slightly drain you.

Your fear, we can smell it.
Just for us, we compel it
We only want one thing from you
Don’t you worry, it won’t hurt you.

We’ll give you a silver kiss
And send you to quiet bliss
Fast and strong your blood is pounding.
It’s that for which we’re hounding.

It’s so warm and refreshing
Fang and neck around are meshing
Blood is running red in beauty
Will we feed? Absolutely.

With dawn coming, we are finished
Now our thirst is diminished.
Now to sleep, now so tired
Till next night we’re retired.
