all the ice cream in the world
wouldn't be able to soothe
this pain; it nags at me
like a rotted tooth.
and though we laugh and flirt all day,
I guess it's just not enough proof
of my feelings for you-
because you don't love me, too.
these are the words that
I whisper to you:
"roses are red, and
violets are blue;
my heart aches
with love for you."
but all my love can't
make my dreams come true-
because you don't love me, too.
