I'm gonna live
the way you wish you had
and be noticed at times
that you were forgotten
I'm not gonna be
who you want me to be
i'll be better then you
in more ways then one.
Thank you for showing me
how NOT to live
and opening my eyes
to all of your lies
like the times that
you told me that
it was alright
when hidden deep inside yourself
fear and anxiety
took its toll
and the times you told me
to shut my mouth
when i needed to scream
in anguish and pain
all the times you said
that i could go far
while under your breath
you said "she'll never amount to much."
and the times you said that
i was wrong
you brought me down, made me
feel so low
all the times i felt inferior,
and the times i thought that i
was a vice, and you were the
real one to blame
and now as i sit
writting this down
i see that i'm fu**ed up
just like you.
but thats ok
because i blame you
and it will never be my fault,
i will never be blamed!!

I can more than relate... parellel situation... and though I hoped nobody else would go through what I did... well, your here, so obviously others did...
I know that everyone here on YPDC says this all the time, and now it's corny, but if you ever need a pair of ears...... I'm not going anywhere...
