So where does one start,
When confessing about their heart?
Well on this particular day,
Id just like to say,
With your touch and affection,
Its useless to look in another direction.
I dont understand what went wrong?
Maybe I felt like you were coming on a little too strong.
Ive stopped trying to hide,
What I know you got me feeling inside.
Youve made me grow,
Into someone Ive never known,
Got me spilling emotions Ive never have shown.
Is it all right,
That I dream of you at night?
At night when I'm lying in my bed,
Youre the only thing running through my head.
Youre my mornings first thought.
My deepest regret,
But what I cant forget.
Youre my drive,
My only thrive.
Who should I thank for your complexion?
For your perfection, for your attention and youre
Loves affection?
Theres no replacement for my prize possession,
My one obsession.
Come 2night to kill this sorrow,
Let us kiss like theres no tomorrow.
Since weve gone our separate ways,
I just cant live these hectic days.
No one will hold back these tears in me,
Because right now I'm as lonely as one can be.
Everyday goes like a rush of heat,
I cant sleep or even eat.
My heart beats at ease,
But inside theres still a feeling I cant release.
I may not know what it takes,
But I'm willing to learn from my mistakes.
Do you know how many tears these lips have tasted?
And why my time without you seems so wasted.
Im counting down to the day,
To have you face to face and finally have the chance to say,
That I missed you everyday.
