thinking too hard

Topic: oops

Sitting there watching you cry
I stare at you as life passes us by
I watch and watch but don't reach out
Don't extend my helping hand
Or yell and scream and shout
Don't say "hey I'm here, dont go, please stay"
Watching you as you slowly decipate
Wondering if its getting too late
Thinking too hard and not standing up
To tell you that you don't have to give up
Instead I stare until maybe my eyes will fall right out
Until I'm the one that needs a shout
Deep inside my mind theres something that keeps me behind
Something, that something, that does something thats scared of something that maybe something, something, something
Thinking too hard to lend you a hand
