And you were the dew
Each kiss from you would nourish me and make me strong
I would delight in your touch, and I would eagerly await that smile that shines so bright upon your face
My silken petals would whither at your sadness, and under the soil where no one can see my inner beauty, I would love you
The seasons would bring about change in our love
Fall would surely allow for one last bloom
Winter would ice me over under a blanket of snow
Spring and summer would warm me, so that I could shine in all my glory
And again, there you would be to kiss me and make me strong
Through the years I have whithered and blossomed many times
Still, you've always been there to watch my beauty grow
Our love, I guess, is in many ways like the nurturing dew and the gentle flower

I like the pair, the rose and the dew, it is very sweet.
You have a nice air in your writing, keep it going!
