By hearts made of stone
Lost in the darkness
Wondering why I'm alone

I scream out in pain
But no one can hear
Faceless souls pass me by
Running from unknown fears

I can't seem to remember
I do not know who I could be
And I am blind to a light
A light that can set me free

Cast into the shadows
By hearts made of stone
Lost forever in this dim darkness
I wander in the shadows alone

Such complex emotions, yet all sumed up with simple words... beautifully touching...

I am somewhat speechless on this, all I can say is i love it, and I feel exactly what you are trying to say...

Please continue your wonderful writes!!

I'm sure to a point everyone feels this way about everyday life. That's just my interpretation of it. Well Written though!

I'm sure everyone feels like this at some point. You placed the emotion so well into words. Very nice.
