Men young, in their bloom of youth.
Love pretty faces, boobs, and legs, that's the truth!
Raging hormones dominate a "Thinking" head.
After his first view, he's premeditating going to bed.
He wants a pretty girl on his arm for all to see
Good sense of humor, caring, giving, long
legged blonde beauty!
Has her own car, and money to spend on him.
Perfect measurements, slim and trim.
Did I forget to mention sex?
How could I? She also necks......
Since men never age in their minds even when 30,
Basically, they want just about the same,
carefree and cheery.
Hormone level is still high, Infected with
"dumb head."
If still given a choice, they by-pass intelligence
for sex in bed.
Small portion of matronly characterstics
for him in need.
Great catch if she's rich or her father is indeed!
Talkative, good personality, so he can sit back and relax.
He adores her if she laughs at his wisecracks!
When he is 40ish.....he's beginning to show his age.
However, his hormones are still actively in a rage!
Pursuing a younger woman, but would be happy with one older.
After all, he's getting "Love-rings" and quite a bit balder.
Has a wad of dough, maybe he should tie the knot?
Young thing that will let him fish, did I mention "sexpot?"
He just can't imagine why she wasn't happy?
Money wasn't a problem, to work was her duty.
While he fished and golfed with the boys alot.
After all, he made it up to her when in bed likely as not!
He's still in pretty good shape, with a small pot belly.
He can buy a toupee, and a gut clincher for a nice young filly.
He's thinking more with his head now, not his testosterone.
Home cooked meals would save money, a bed outgrown?
He's 50ish now headed toward the big six-zero.
He's looking for some young chick, 'twil be her hero.
He's beyond the "looks" stage, as long as she can wiggle.
Still loves the idea of sex in bed with one to cuddle.
Wiggling Winnie is not exactly what he had in mind.
But, she always smells pretty, and in bed a fair find.
He likes her TV Dinners served on trays........
Winnie is loyal, faithful, and never betrays.
He's found the ideal mate for life.
Someone with whom he can wine and dine....
He's hoping she will out live him in time.
Be his nurse, perhaps he'll even be hand-fed.
With his last breath, he'll invite her to his sickbed.
'Tis Man's Last Dream..........

"WHAT A MAN WANTS IN A WOMAN"
Men young, in their bloom of youth.

There is a lot of truth in this somewhere. Men are usually out for the one thing, I know I was once a very young man and sex was the most important pastime that I knew.There comes a time though when sex is not so important as it was. A good loving wife, a home, comfort not having to worry where the next penny is coming from. A good marriage is the most important thing.Companionship is not to be ignored.On the whole an extreme funny poem written by a very intelligent person. I take my hat off to you Connie and the pictures go wonderfully with the poem.

dearest connie, my mother in law (well, dave died 12 years ago far as i know she still is) anyway, she has rooming houses with like 80 men total, all ages, (another poem in that alone) anyway, i hear so many stories, and the things they do, no matter how old, a pretty young girl can turn their head, to put it mildly; and they flirt with her all the time, lol, cute poem, ill never get the good one who wants a relationship, ive given up i believe, but id say thats the best kind because when i was married; we were very happy, hugs n' love nessa
