its as if i have to have it

im addicted to the sound of the rain
im safe from the rain
im addicted to the smell of it
even tho im not by it
im addicted to the moveing of it
even tho i can not see it
im addicited to the power of it
even tho i can no see it
im addicted to the sweetness of it
even tho i can not taste it
can you guess what im addicted to?
there yet?
now?

A good poem all in all... but there are a few lines I would change or add... There's a couple of lines I don't understand how they fit into it... (im addicted to the sound of the rain
im safe from the rain)
And I would clean up the spelling a bit...

I love the way love will do that to you. Your whole world is changed by one simple thing, yet complex to if you think about it...
