I wonder why you would ever have to consider this. Sounds to me as if you are beautiful enough to cause just those described conditions. Cherry lips,hmmm.

If a someone's heart near yours flutters at the meeting of inteligence, you've definitely caused fluttering.

Your poem seems a very intelligent question posed in an smart write--A very nice read.
