does anyone know a way to run from your own mind?
are you the one that hears my hollow call?
im stuck inside this shallow grave,
please pull me out before my thoughts bury me alive...

hey, i know where you are. i've visited there
a lot. i find myself struggle sometimes. i don't know how bad it is for you, but keep your head up. you have to try. i am the only one that helps me, because i understand me. i understand you and your thoughts. keep the faith. don't count yourslef out yet!

I know how grievous a newfound silence can be. It drains your heart of the love it had known. And I'm none too sure of the best way to heal it. Just pray for peace. In the meantime, listen to some beautiful, soothing music. Enya, mayhap?
