I just can't run and hide

Because I don't want to flee
But where would I go?
My life, so acclimated to change
Has finally hardened over
Refusing to alter
Conflicted
I want to cry
For the loss I've endured

For the wrongs for
Which I'm being accused
I think I'll just sit
Stuck in this stasis
